- RBRalph BarcellonaSep 22, 20251.0Myself and my family been banking there for over 35 years and because of establishment where I work I was not able to bank there anymore, which I was fine with, but the company that I work for has an account there and I try to get a coin order from them and they give me a hard time When I go. They tell me they never have money to give out. The following week They told me I needed to call at 9 AM so they can have the money ready within two hours when I got to the branch five minutes early before the two hour period. She told me I still have five minutes, giving me an attitude over the phone. I was appalled by the customer service that I got. It’s very depressing nowadays when you walk into an establishment and you can’t receive customer service that you deserve Julia the branch manager there has been there for many years. And now for some sort of reason, she gave me an attitude when I confronted her about it. She told me OK. Have a nice day as she didn’t care. nevertheless, I’ll try to get my coin order and do my banking somewhere else or a different branch.
