Update: 9/23/24 Since flagstar has taken over and made changes, I do not like them. I'm currently looking for a new bank. For example, I went into their high interest rate account, but once in, they will no longer issue passbooks. Tellers are also instructed not to hand out withdrawal slips unless you are transacting your business then and now.
