- SWS WMar 23, 20261.0Multiple mistakes on my taxes, which summed up to thousands of dollars of mistakes by them. I caught them before submitting. If your taxes are not extremely straight forward, or you do ANYTHING outside of a normal W2, DO NOT use this service. Despite them telling me my advisor was able to do various aspects of my taxes, I found many mistakes which prompted me to leave their service. I do not even have a very complex tax return. Simple mistakes that I actually had to educate my tax advisor on. Not to mention he entered basic stuff like addresses wrong. I would point out the mistakes and it would take days if not a week for him to either get back to me or fix the problem. I would highly not recommend this service.
