    This my first time coming to this location by the Financial District. The staff was very unpleasant and not welcoming. I did a withdrawal and Steven was very rude. Not friendly at all. I will never come back to this location. Need Customer service training!

    When the bank is closed it doesn't allow you access to the ATM vestibule. I work in the middle of nowhere and it takes me about 2 hours to get here. How do I bank??

    INCOMPETENT STAFF ... they put a sign on their broken ATM...it says the next ATM is 10 miles away in Queens, NY.
