    It’s literally the worst banking service. I am truly disappointed in the fact that even major banks like Bank of America has better service. This place sure lived up the poor reviews on here. I have never felt like a bank is upset with me for making a deposit.

    Staff was unattentive and when I was finally seen I was shoo'd away as if my business was not wanted / Needed. I am Puerto Rican and the staff was majority dark skinned. I had never felt racists vibes from my own people before today. Go to chase, citibank, wells fargo......stay away from Flagstar. You will never be treated like a star
