When I pushed back, I got threats of collections and intimidation instead of professionalism. This behavior was unprofessional, intimidating, and far from what I would expect from a trusted tax professional. My experience has been extremely NEGATIVE My experience with this individual has been extremely negative. He has repeatedly overcharged me with unreasonable and unjustified fees — for example, adding $2,500 to a simple yearly filing without explanation, charging $1,000 just for filing an extension, and even tacking on $100 for “computer use.” Beyond the inflated charges, his behavior has been threatening. He tells clients that if they do not pay these invoices, he will sue them or report them to the credit bureau. This pattern feels abusive, coercive, and highly unprofessional. Adding that after sending in their invoice they involved a Lawyer to pressure me to remove the reviews.
