She bends over backwards and digs in for every request. Where other people are quick to say no Izeta ALWAYS looks for the yes...no latter how much work that means for her. Honestly, she is a joy to work with!

I hate to say this but this is my experience.....if you're brown, don't look like you live in the area or simply they don't recognize you.... you WILL be asked to prove your identity. Now that doesn't sound bad because it's to keep your account safe and I totally agree with the extra security. My issue is when you're the only one being asked to present an ID even when they ask you the security questions, which are correctly answered. Every single time this has been mine or my husband experience. I go to this location because it's closer to where I live but I rather go in the Bronx where I feel less safe than come to this location and being treated like I don't belong.
