There was no need to send me a " denied " letter in my email when I didn't even continue the process. Clowns

Finally after 90 minutes later in trying to open my account they denied me because I don’t have proper documents. Never again dealing with this branch or financial institution. Disgusting customer service. They don’t wanna be here , look all miserable ‼️‼️
