I came in to complete a wire transaction, but it was never processed. I tried calling multiple times to follow up, but no one answers the phone. I had to come back to the branch and wait all over again. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected much better communication and service.

- SMSam Mozdzer5 days ago1.0take your money elsewhere. jovia is absolutely terrible. they don’t inform you about charges to your account. won’t let you speak with a manager. claiming you have to keep your accounts. they try to prevent you from taking your money out and they don’t honestly close your account when you request it.
