I wouldn't switch banks if people paid me to! Thank you to Jovia and this branch for caring about the customers and for always keeping a clean environment. I had an issue with the atms and I received a call offering advice, despite my frustration on something that was entirely out of their control. They handled it with extreme professionalism.
