- AMA MNov 12, 20251.0Misleading ATM is not accessible at 6pm? Debit card and door swipe works yet doors are locked with no access to Atm machines. Leads all customers to ask why? And how come a solution has not been found since flagstar has taken over all New York community Banks?! No access to your own money should not be the result of any inconvenience flagstar has with keeping ATM access open 24/7 like Chase and Td banks do.
- SDSteve DimarcoDec 10, 20241.0I went to this branch to make a withdrawal. No pens to fill out the withdrawal slip. Walked up to the window and waited for the teller to finish whatever he was doing. Then he snapped at me; WHAT. I said I would like to make a withdrawal. He snapped at me again; I NEED YOUR ID. Then he didn't ask me how I wanted the cash. Assumed I wanted all large bills. Terrible customer service skills.
