  I wouldn’t recommend this CPA. Last year he misspelled my employee’s name, which caused me to receive a letter from the IRS regarding tax withholding and other issues. He said he fixed it, and I followed up with him several times, but he never responded. This year I tried to give him another chance to help file my taxes since he already knows my business and information. Unfortunately, because my taxes are a bit complicated, I guess he couldn’t handle it and decided to stop responding. I never heard back from him again. I mean, come on—you could have at least told me you couldn’t do it instead of just disappearing. Very unprofessional. If you decide to use his service, be careful. If any issues come up with the IRS, don’t expect much help afterward.

  Set up two phone consults. Never got a call for either one. Look elsewhere is my advice.

  Used Jimmy twice after I was referred to him by my previous CPA who had to downsize. Thought all went well until I got a letter in the mail about my 2023 return. My 414h contributions were not added to my income by Jimmy. Accidents happen, we are all human. When I reached out to Jimmy he verified that he made an error (see attachments). I asked if the “insurance” he charged me for would at least cover the interest I am being charged ($350) or at minimum he would credit me for this year’s filing fee. No responses to multiple emails. I would not recommend this CPA. Again, I know accidents happen, but when they do, they should be rectified honestly. Especially when you were charged for insurance to cover these errors. I will not be using Jimmy again.

  Jimmy was helping me with my business tax problems. After I gave him his retainer and paid him for a service we had a follow up tasks he suggested to help me with the IRS. He has since not called, texted or emailed me back. I am now stuck with a $15K bill be said he could help navigate
