  I’ve been going to Travis for my Taxes for couple of years now! I’ve never had an issue, and he has gone above and beyond to help answer my questions. ☺️ This year he assisted my husband & I with filing our taxes! It was a breeze like always. I highly recommend using Gagnon & Associates, CPA’s!

  On Mar 24 David came to our home to go over our 2021 taxes for both personal and business. On Apr 17 at 5pm Ellie from his office called and stated that David forgot to have us sign a form authorizing him to file on our behalf and that she had only just found his error. This form should have been signed when he sat with us in March. On June 1 I called to find out where our copy of our tax returns were as we were not given/mailed a copy. Turns out David had been driving around with them in his briefcase for 6 WEEKS. Now today, June 13 I emailed to find out why both NYS and the IRS state that they have no records of our refunds due. Turns out David included my daughter as a dependent - the same daughter we talked about having been out on her own for over a year. Turns out they only just found out our taxes were rejected because he included my daughter. So 2 months after our taxes were due, 1 month after I started questioning where our refund is, this incompetent, inept, unprofessional office has sent us our updated taxes (minus my adult, independent daughter) for re-signing so that they can file them. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Oh and this is just one story of their incompetence. We've been with them for a year and have thankfully moved on to a team who (fingers crossed) have some inkling as to how to do their jobs!

  Paul Conti explains everything, is very friendly and professional. I've gone to him for two years and recommend him/them to everyone who needs a good tax preparer.
