The staff is very personable and understands the value of my time and money. Very easy to communicate with and get questions answered especially if you come prepared. I notice that a lot of customers in the area are older and ill-informed on bank procedures, most likely indicative of the neighborhood. They think that because they have “X amount of money” or have been banking there for years means that they get to circumvent policy. Sounds like bigotry to me. Whenever I am kind to the staff they are kind right back to me, yet about half of my visits I’ve seen other customers taking out their frustrations on the staff. Get a grip!
