  I went in to start a business account and was standing there for and no one greeted me. I then was eventually greeted by Mike he was knowledgeable and helped me get all the information I needed. What I didnt like was when an elderly person came in and they all stared at the old man and when he left the front staff were talking and saying horrible things about him. Very unprofessional. I will do business with flagstar but maybe not that location

  I withdrew $700 from the ATM, and what was dispensed was $681... Someone who refilled the ATM machine replaced a twenty dollar bill for a one dollar bill so that the count would be correct if it were investigated. I informed the powers that be and they were helpful to a point. At first it felt like I was trying to get “one over” because they said that their ATM’s only allow a max of $500. After proving that I withdrew that the amount requested via my app, they started to listen what I had to say. I was told the proper procedure to file a claim because I don’t have an acct. with this bank. But I was adamant that an employee IS STEALING FROM YOUR BRANCH. Because a $20 bill was replaced with a $1 bill, and a count was made to check if its over/under, it would be pointless. Now its a situation of my word against the banks word. This WHOLE scenario happened in one single motion... I came in, I withdrew, I counted, it was incorrect, and I immediately went to the branch manager. I NEVER LEFT THE BANK.

  Previous Review 6years ago; ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing bank and staff! (When it was NYCB) Present Day; ⭐️honestly they shouldn’t get any stars HORRIBLE STAFF. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT, NO GREETING WHEN ENTERING THE BANK. SUCH A UNPLEASANT ATMOSPHERE. Sat with Mike at the desk and he was THE MOST RUDE AND SARCASTIC INDIVIDUAL THERE. His demeanor was very disgusting and not welcoming at all. I asked him questions and he didn’t even respond, he didnt address me by my name at all. He was very very unprofessional and rude. The Assistant Manager Arine IS A UNPROFESSIONAL individual. She never smiles never greets you does not say “thank you” or anything. Her tone is very aggressive and disgusting. I will not be visiting here again.
