I stepped up to Mohammed’s window, he made eye contact with me, then went back to what he was doing with out a word. I don’t expect anybody to jump to help me immediately if they’re in the middle of something, but not acknowledging a customer seems pretty rude.

I told her I live in Queens and and not too far from this branch, she took all the information she needed and came back to say oh sorry. I’m not convinced you need to open an account with us. And I forgot to mention, it took her forever to come back. I went to another branch and the account was opened in less than 30 minutes. This branch should be closed!!!!

It seems as if they are doing a favor when they deposit or withdraw money from your account. You cannot request for withdrawal in coin denomination even with your money! One representative on the phone will tell you that it is peculiar that they won't do it, however when you get a call from the Regional Manager tells you something different! Be forewarned STAY AWAY!
