They are not behind their customers what so ever. Unfortunately i opened 9 different accounts with them and now i have to take all that extra time to start over im a new bank. Me my husband my 3 kids leaving as soon as possible. Top it all off to get someone on the phone that actually has the power to help you is dam near impossible. Bottom line do not waste you’re time and energy with this bank. Also dont waste your money bc they will find excuses to take out of ur account every other day!

I recently applied for another loan with good credit (720) and was told I was approved, even put down a deposit on a car only to be denied last-minute with no clear reason. No one knew what was going on, and every employee gave different answers. I added a co-signer with strong credit and was still denied. Went to another bank and was approved instantly without a co-signer. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid this place there’s a reason their rating is 2.9.
