They are not behind their customers what so ever. Unfortunately i opened 9 different accounts with them and now i have to take all that extra time to start over im a new bank. Me my husband my 3 kids leaving as soon as possible. Top it all off to get someone on the phone that actually has the power to help you is dam near impossible. Bottom line do not waste you’re time and energy with this bank. Also dont waste your money bc they will find excuses to take out of ur account every other day!
