Today was the last day to file taxes. Usually everyone is stressed. I knew he was but he never displayed it. Even followed up afterwords . Just amazing. Definitely will recommend. Before meeting with her, I tried using the full-service option twice online, but both agents assigned to me couldn’t access my account, which was super frustrating. That’s why I ended up coming in person. We discovered I actually had two accounts—one from my 2024 taxes and another where I was trying to upload new documents. We initially tried uploading everything to the 2024 account (as the AI agent suggested), but it still wasn’t working, so we ended up using the second account instead. Even then, it wasn’t straightforward—but Violeta stayed patient and determined the entire time. After about an hour and a half of troubleshooting, she figured everything out and was able to access all my documents. Throughout the process, we were laughing in between the frustration, which made the whole experience so much better. It was also really special meeting another Romanian woman since I have a Romanian grandmother—it made the experience feel even more personal. 🥹 Violeta is the absolute best. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!
