- PMProperty ManagementJan 13, 20261.0Funny business Redhead with glasses who is always on the phone very unprofessional and disrespectful she doesn’t even acknowledge the clients , out of no where she declined a deposit for clients who have dozen of business accounts , assistant manager need to be trained as well stated he doesn’t see me often is that a reason to decline a simple deposit , you can go back to eat your donuts behind the counter, we will close our accounts and deal with a better banks who respects their client , i asked for a district manager number they said they dont have one , no branch manager as well, Also its a violation of FDIC when you don’t practice the same policy with the same client because its a different employee who again is always on the phone with her business , very busy with her personal matter very sad I know they might respond with something that is 100% a lie but this is exactly what’s happening
