- JLJorge LalutoliJul 3, 20251.0My experience with Flagstar Bank – particularly at this branch – was unacceptable. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff are unhelpful and unprofessional, and the branch manager is by far the worst part of the experience. I approached the manager for assistance with a serious issue, and not only was he unwilling to help, he acted completely clueless and dismissive—as if he had no idea what was going on. Instead of taking responsibility or even trying to find a solution, he passed me off and made it clear he had no interest in resolving anything. It’s frustrating to deal with a bank where the manager doesn’t manage, and the customer service feels more like customer avoidance. I would strongly advise anyone considering banking here to think twice and take their business somewhere that values its customers.
