  UPDATE: Thank you Flagstar for reaching out to me, but I don't have a Facebook or X account and don't desire to have one. There is nothing you really can do to assist me at this point except, require that staff work on their Soft Skills, attend a Customer Service Refresher and attend Sensitivity Training. Thank you! REVIEW: To I called today for assistance and I was not happy with the Customer Service. I couldn't hear the representative very well because he spoke so fast and sounded like he had food or gum in his mouth. Then when I kept asking him to repeat his name, he got irrate. What if I was a hearing impaired customer. Gish. Then there was all this external noise, conversation in the background. He didn't even think to maybe do something to mitigate the noise in order to provide better customer service to me. I even asked, do you have me on speaker. He said no. Just unacceptable Customer Service and not a good telephone experience. Definitely will not bank at this location.
