- JBJoe BrownMar 5, 20262.0I went to this bank to set up an estate account I delt with John, Jesus, and a light skin woman I forgot her name these three was very professional but that Manger is something else I had two altercation with her I went to the bank yesterday and asked for a wire transfer she says that she has to send the information to some department and don't know how long it would take to find out if I can do a wire transfer with an estate account 15-20 minutes later she says that they told her I couldn't do the wire transfer so they gave me a check after that I left I called two other branches of the same bank and they told me that I can make a wire transfer so this makes me feel that the management didn't want to deal with me and she made me feel like I was doing something wrong like stealing money the account the account she needs retraining to deal with the public cause when she doesn't like when someone tells her about herself she wants to tell you to leave not a good look for the company and I was going to open up an account with this bank NO Mame ill probably go to another branch or bank
