Hailey Arvans, Assistant Vice President Branch Manager and Kierra Cobian, Branch Relationship Banker assisted me with a complex banking issue. They were kind, patient and expert in handling my particular issue. Both ladies were personable and professional. It was certainly the highlight of my day!

I love all the ‘national bank’ amenities and programs but with the small town charm and care of me the individual customer. I love my bank…and being in my late 50s with lots of banks under my belt….never thought I would utter those words.
