  Yes, I had the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had in Nevada State Bank. I went in for help and I ended up being humiliated and treated like I didn’t matter when I tried to deal with the issue concerning my account. This is absolute worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced where the branch manager had such a condescending attitude to the point that through our conversation every time I spoke, she’d never let me finish a sentence and cut me off every time and then told me that I was the one being rude and that her staff was afraid of me playing into the stereotype of big black man which I am a big black man and completely gaslighting me as if I didn’t deserve to be treated with A1 customer service I’m so appalled and very upset that a professional in this industry is allowed to treat me like that very disappointed, and the people that are working at this branch, for they were not the people there when I signed up a few years ago and this is the bank that my foster dad bank with Four for over 50 years. May he rest in peace. I am thoroughly disappointed.

  I would not recommend Bryant Zepeda. My experience of him was he was condescending, poor listener, self important, and unprofessional. He was not a positive representation of the bank.

  Aliciyia was fantastic with setting up a new bank account. She helped myself and my son with a difficult situation. Im 65 years old and i never was treated so nice in any banking situation as nice and professional as she treated us. I would recommend anyone that has banking to do to go to nevada state bank and ask for her.
