    A total pain to find the location. My map which was updated didn't take me to where it was I finally found it by just driving around. Otherwise it was fine

    We went to Avis to pick up a rental car for our drive from Las Vegas to Bryce Canyon. We discovered that Avis no longer existed where we were instructed to pick the car up--at Main Street Station in downtown Vegas. Car rentals were in short supply that weekend but somehow Enterprise managed to find us a vehicle. The employees were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to help us!

    Where do I start. First let me say this, I don’t have any personal issues with any of your staff members. But the fact that I have been renting vehicles from this company for many years (and that honestly shouldn’t have anything to do with providing excellent customer service experience) … I have reservations for 10 o’clock AM, that I completed check-in online the night prior (04-08-26), jog from my home to arrive there at the 200 N Main St Las Vegas, NV location, just to wait many minutes after to be assisted (again, this isn’t a complaint against any of your staff) Complete all of the formalities, process the payment of $213 with change… wait more minutes to be informed the van has a recall, was offered a ford explorer (declined)…I needed what I reserved. Then was informed the replacement van (Make/Model (color) CHRYSLER Pacifica (WHITE) License Plate VTM5126) could be driven to me in 30 minutes or I could be driven to said location at 4517 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV..I chose option B. Now keep in mind, though a recall is not necessarily the fault of enterprise, my schedule still took a hit. What was supposed to be a 10:00 AM reservation, and at the very latest, to be out by 10:30 AM and on the road, I ended up receiving a vehicle at 11:30 AM. They only had half of a tank and the passenger window was inoperable. Now I don’t know if that vehicle was primarily used for company errands or if anyone from your staff took the time to inspect the vehicle before giving it to me, But I didn’t have the Adequate time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, Seeing as I was Already over an hour delay delayed in My schedule. I was compensated $24 off of my total, Which was less than the amount of gas that I had to put in the vehicle just to bring it back to a little over half a tank. I normally don’t do complaints and just accept things as they are, But yesterday‘s experience was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Now to whomever it may concern, You may take the time to read this entire email or you may not… But yesterday‘s experience only showed me what measures the company would take to satisfy their customer… And that measurement wasn’t far at all. I will probably never rent from this company again. You all should have my information in your system, but this is my rental agreement #2ZZM7K. If I don’t hear anything back from this company to at least attempt to make something right, Then all I can say is well expected.

    Very poor customer service, I will never be renting with ever Enterprise again. Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged and I needed a replacement vehicle and customer service was not helpful at all. It's one thing to not be helpful and not set up a replacement vehicle or ride to the nearest Enterprise, but it is another thing for them to lie to you repeatedly. For 3 straight days I was told the vehicle would be towed and then a ride would be set up to take me to the nearest Enterprise with a replacement vehicle. No ride or replacement vehicle was setup for me (again over 3 days). Again it's one thing to not be helpful, I can get my own ride and find my own rental vehicle, but I was lied to repeatedly that it would all be set up for me. I had to find my own last minute taxi service and last minute rental vehicle with another agency much further away which both made it very expensive. Enterprise also lied and told me if I set it up on my own I'd be reimbursed, this was not true. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customer service and roadside assistance will lie and say whatever they need to get off the phone with you or just hang up on you. One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company and they definitely ruined the remainder of my trip. I'd recommending looking elsewhere for a rental car because if you have any problem they will be most unhelpful.

    We tried to book by phone and were cut off mid reservation so we walked in and no cars available. Steven was agent working and he went above and beyond to find us a car & get it to mainstreet location as quick as he could. We were very happy with him and our upgrade & after a nightmare experience with hertz earlier that day, we will only choose enterprise. When returning the vehicle 2 days later, we were once again impressed by Blake who answered to help direct to return as it is not clearly marked at Caesar’s palace and the agent at the desk - his named started with an M - I can’t remember it, he too was exceptional. These 3 employees deserve recognition as they were so pleasant to deal with and genuinely cared to give excellent service. They are the reason we will again only rent from enterprise and we have already told many about how our day turned around on the 6th of March & the 8th because of your staff - big kudos! I hope they get the praise & recognition they deserve from Enterprise as they are the ones keeping people coming back. They are great for your company!
