- HCHeidi CastroMay 29, 20241.0This is the worse rental place I had ever utilized. My husband and I rented a 2500 Dodge Ram and the only 2 employees they had at the time were Letrice and Kaily. We asked both of them 3 times if the vehicle we were renting was diesel because we needed to tow a trailer and they said YES. The next day when we go to put diesel (as told), the vehicle wouldn't move. I also did not receive a contract at the time I took the vehicle. Letrice said it was going to be emailed to me. He also did not really say much about getting extra insurance in case something happened to the vehicle, did not give me pricing or anything. Both Letrice and Kaily were rushing trying to get their customers out. When we went back the following day to obtain a copy of my contract and to let them know what had happened, Steven (Senior Accounts Specialist) said that this was our responsibility because we should have known, that this was completely our responsibility. Even their 3rd party company driver that did the tow told us that the people that work at that location do not know what their doing and that of course they lied about the fact that they told us it was a diesel vehicle. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, GO TO ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPANY FOR YOUR RENTAL NEEDS.
