  Despite Keith being a sweetheart, this rental place turned out to be a HUGE mess. We rented a car 10/21/2025 , on 10/23/2025 we had rented jet skis in Utah , by Zion. The jetski started to sink , it flipped upside down with our phones and rental keys inside , when they flipped the jetski upside up it was all gone. We left the car there at the jetski rental place , we called this place and it was already closed. We booked a bus the next morning to Vegas to get the extra key , just for them to tell us the key needs to be made. I spoke to the manager and the tow company they said they would need to tow the car but they will leave it in a enterprise in Utah so we can go pickup our personal items including our Real Id to fly back home. We get a bus back to Utah , I call customer service once I get there . Just for them to tell me the car is being towed BACK to Vegas. Fine. I call where it’s being held , they told me TWICE by two different people on customer service that the car is in 75 E Warm street being held at their care services. I call , they’re closed on the weekends. My flight is Sunday at 6pm. They tell me to file a lost and found complaint , we did. They tell us to go to the enterprise by the airport and show them our claim number and they can get our things. We show up at around 4 pm and they tell us they can’t find the car. We miss our flight !! Had to book at bus back home and today 10/29/2025 they’re trying to charge us AGAIN for something else $530, no invoice no receipts to why. Yet I get back on the phone , and still they can’t locate the car. Keep in mind they said once the tow company tows the car , it’s there responsibility. We told them several times , there’s food in that car. We are NOT paying extra when we’ve told them several times we need our things out NOW. On top of that , we had to return the car Sunday 10/26/25. They towed the car 10/24/2025. They’re keeping our deposit on top of the $500 they charged us for the new key.

  Thank you Keith ! Despite my whole situation with the jetski , and losing the keys, he was patient, kind and so sweet ! We need more people like him in the world. Makes a huge difference.

  The man working at the desk yesterday, August 31st was so kind and helpful with our car rental. It made the process easy and we were in and out in 15 minutes and on our way to Los Angeles. Thank you!!

  Always have great service when renting with Enterprise. This location was no different. They did ask me to verify my employment (I get a corporate discount) which no other location has before, but its part of the agreement so that's understandable. Received a complimentary upgrade and car was clean and reliable.
