I explained the situation that I needed help with and the man on the phone put me on hold. When we're calling this type of establishment being put on hold is NOT the action you want taken. I proceed to ask about services and explained to the person on the phone that I've never done this before. I would have appreciated if the person on the phone was walking me through why they needed my full name. Instead I felt that I was being spoken to in an inappropriate way, and when asking about the spelling of my name, it felt like a very off-color question. I found a different service that acted quickly and thoroughly explained the situation.

I had no idea how the process worked. What I had to do? There sometimes needs to be a waiting period before you begin the process so that you're not needlessly paying which some companies will go ahead and charge you regardless. Inowibg the court system and the bail bonds communicating together to make that happen, they shared all that information with me and were emotionally supportive when they didn't really have to be and I just thought that was wonderful.
