The staff is by far the unfriendliest I have encountered in all my years banking with them. If I based my opinion of NSB from this location, I would have closed all accts., long ago. I will not revisit this location again. Only customer in the building and 4 staff members dont say hi let alone acknowledge my being. Visited this location upwards of 10 times and same response from staff as today- horrible. .
