  When I went into the branch in Socorro this morning I was greeted very rude with 1 of the females that are employed by the co. Laugh out loud at me literally loud too! That employees name is Cassandra I think? The other female bank teller was asking me inappropriate questions about my name on my social media and my state id if it was the same name on my acct. Bcuz I am transgender. I think her name was Ellie or something? She looked young and then when I went back inside after I was outside trying to get my feelings together after being humiliated in front of entire branch, while thinking I decided to get the employees names to call corporate office for the employees behaviors, when I went inside too get those names the girl named Max was working with a customer while looking at me in my eyes calling me a hot mess?! Very inappropriate for a company employees. Im sure they were discriminating me at that bank today! I will get in touch with some lawyers for discrimination from those 3 employees that made fun of my gender that i idenify with which is a transgender femle pre op. Everything I'm saying that happened at this branch was October 4th at 8:20 am I have all the proof i need shoukd be on video with the socorro branches cameras in the lobby i hope the video also has sound on it bcux my lawyer will be calling for that tape. Thx you for your horrible embarrassing behavior that humiliated me for trying to express myself respectful

  Good luck trying to get anyone to pick up. Been trying for a couple weeks to pay a loan. No call backs no nothing.
