    Nusenda had an issue with their autopay system in November 2024, which kicked my auto loan off of autopay. I realized it 30 days later when I got a notice that a late payment had been reported on my credit report. Immediately, I made two payments and got back up to date. Nusenda stated that because it was an issue on their end they would fix the credit report. Tons of phone calls later and lots of time it is still not fixed. I was complaining at work about it and my coworker said the same thing happened to her! Very disappointing. If this happened to you call Nusenda!!
