    The ATM is out of money more often than not. And the employees don’t have anything to say other than “yeah, it’s usually out.” Seems like maybe they have a deal with Walmart to get people going in there for cash back with a purchase…

    I'm not sure how they got their reviews reset. I left a bad review 6 months ago. Regardless, this is crappy place to bank. They don't treat you like a Human Being.

    I'm so glad there is a branch closer to my home on the Southside now. Very convenient! The staff is very professional as well. I've been banking with Nusenda for a little over 10 years and the customer service has always been good. I recently had $1000 stolen from my debit card, and the fraud department contacted me right away. They froze my card, and I was able to get all my money back. Highly recommend banking with this institution!
