  Every experience I've had here at this specific location has been top notch, whether that be assistance, friendliness, and overall comfort the building provides. I'm actuallu glad I have to come here once a month, because I know it'll be a good visit.

  Great customer service. I have no complaints and have never had a bad experience at the bank itself or by phone. Originally I had gone to another bank in Los Lunas and was stunned by the rude attitude and lack of customer concern. Switching to Nusenda was a no brainer.

  Second time having an issue with this location. They have automated tellers for convenience. Which they turn out to be a COMPLETE WASTE of time! Put a deposit it, teller Pamela told me directions how to insert the check. Did exactly that. On her end she did not see the deposit could not see the check. Machine wouldn’t open. WASTED over 30min with my two kids in the car. She definitely needs more training on processing a “dispute” couldn’t speak to what a dispute is and what it entails. Currently STILL waiting because she has to write notes. If a teller is not efficient or knowledgeable in typing, they should not be employed. Completely wasted mine and my family’s time. These machines need to be removed. Used the automated teller since I have a son who medically fragile, currently sick. But had to wait on Pamela because as she said “the check could have went to the wrong doo” but she is the one who opened it.
