  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nusenda. While I understand the importance of privacy policies and proper procedures, the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. During my interaction, Desiree was condescending, repeatedly spoke over me, and failed to clearly explain the reasoning behind key requirements—particularly the request for a power of attorney. Rather than providing a straightforward explanation, I was left with confusion about a process that should have been simple, especially given that the dealership is already handling the vehicle registration. As a customer, I expect respectful communication, accurate information, and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience has raised serious concerns about continuing to do business with Nusenda, and I would hesitate to recommend them based on this interaction.

  I would like to give a thank you to Marciela off of University who helped my husband with his account. She went above and beyond to assist the best way she could and she was able to locate that the issue was an error within my husband account. Thank you again for taking the time to help him versus giving us a generic answer; You’re truly a star!

  Terrible Credit union, had way too many Random Issues with them that couldn’t get resolved. Tech support is a Joke.
