  I would like to update my previous review to provide a more accurate picture of my experience with Nusenda. My initial interaction was with Desiree at the call center, and unfortunately, that experience was very poor. She was condescending, spoke over me, and did not clearly or accurately explain the auto loan process, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. However, after going into the branch in person, my experience was completely different. The staff inside the branch were very polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain everything and confirmed that the structure of the auto loan was in fact exactly how I understood it to be. Based on this, it seems my negative experience was limited to the call center interaction. I truly appreciate the in-branch staff for their professionalism and for taking the time to ensure everything was handled correctly.
