  I never post reviews, but Jessica at Sunloans deserves the customer service award of the year. I’ve never had a more pleasant conversation and I feel like she would genuinely go out of her way to make anyone feel the same. If this doesn’t get her a raise, at least buy her lunch because I’ll never take a loan from the moon and I trust the Sun Loan Company

From the moment he answered the phone, he was kind, compassionate, and genuinely understanding of my situation. Rob took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism combined with his friendly personality truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who treats you with such respect and care while still being efficient and knowledgeable.   I have been doing business with Victoria and her exceptional staff for several years. For the last five years I have used their tax service which is excellent. The return was accurate and filed electronically the same day. I have my refund in my account within 2 to 3 weeks. Using them to prepare and file my taxes has been worth what I pay them as it also relieves me of the stress of doing them myself. I also use their loan services. This office staff provides friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend them.
