The entire team at the Lohman is always super helpful and kind. Something that is not as common as it used to be in the banking industry. I do change orders frequently as well as other banking transactions and they’re always prompt to help me with a great attitude. Additionally, they have a great checking account service that makes it easy for budgeting every month even for the busiest of people. Quite happy with PNC and their people.

Service from employees is good but in litterly every other aspect a bank could fail, this one does. Pnc generally runs slow, unjustly freezes accounts, and never makes good on any promises of improvement

Hey PNC on Lohman, your employee Juan, deserves a raise! Not only did he really attempt to go above and beyond for me, he did it while laughing with me AND technically past the time you closed on a Saturday. Literally it is employees like this that keep me banking with you. And side note, there is a new manager, whom I have met on actual trips into the branch (today was a call) and let me tell you, based on old reviews, the branch is nothing like what it used to be. I wish PNC would give this branch the ability to make cards and not have to wait to go to El Paso, but hey, that is my only complaint.

Dreadful customer service during the current difficult times we are facing as a nation trying to keep things moving and conduct business with such reduced contact and resources. I secured a signature loan from BBVA, a bank at which I was already a checking account holder. When I originated the loan I was told I would receive a .5% rate reduction if I made the payments via auto-debit from my BBVA checking account, seeing this as a reasonable incentive I agreed. To my knowledge the interest was NEVER reduced, but did I complain, no it wasn't really worth the time to me. There came a time when I was unable to move the funds needed into the account to cover an upcoming payment, so by the nature of electronic banking the debit did not go through, I was assessed a fee, and a late charge and was reported behind to the credit bureaus... Just fine, all my fault at this point. I called their customer service to inquire as to what exactly was needed on my part in order to put the account back into a current status, upon being informed of the complete amount due in order to bring the account to current I inquired if I could transact that business with them at that moment on the phone, the answer was no, you must go to the branch, or make a payment via their app and then go in or call the banker to make sure the payment was applied correctly or it won't get cleared.... Seemed less than informed or maybe just a bit shady.... Well folks the branches are closed, so I called my actual branch, literally the branch in Las Cruces where my account was originally opened, they are not able to connect me with a personal banker so that I may make the account current..... Interestingly, during the life of this loan I have had personal bankers from my branch reach out to me to inquire if they might help me in refinancing the loan or if I needed any other services they may offer.... However not a peep from them after a missed payment... I find that a bit on the garbage side, they're happy to try to lend you some more money, but a little hiccup and not a sound about if they can help me get the account current or if there was some problem. I just received a call from their collections lawyers... What a joke as if I would even speak with them. Extraordinarily disappointed overall at this point with BBVA and their "customer service". Wouldn't have given the one star if zero was an option.
