The employees consistently show poor attitudes and give the impression that they do not care about their customers. I understand that everyone can have bad days, but this has become a recurring issue at this location. In contrast, the Rio Bravo location is completely different, the employees there are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help their customers.

I really appreciated her help although there was a lot of information that didn't make sense as far as fees. If you are getting on car loan with "Rio Grande Credit Union" make sure you list them as your lien holder on your car insurance policy or you will be charged extra fees by an outside insurance Company.

The manager behaved very rudely and with a very bad attitude. She told me that she couldn’t help me because there were many people waiting (just like I had waited), and she basically made it clear that she didn’t have time to assist me. I left thinking that maybe the process really did take a long time, but I also wondered: if there were other people in line whose paperwork might take longer, were they going to be treated the same way and told to leave like I was? I then went to the Rio Bravo location, and to my surprise, they were able to print my documents in less than five minutes. I definitely won’t be going back to this location .
