No one in this location knows anything I spoke with the main branch and they tell me one thing and this branch tells me another. All im trying to do is close my account from a car loan I no longer have and they keep taking payments from my banking account even though I haven't had the car in 3 months but they can sure take the pay off balance and cash the check the next day

I've never had a bank make giving them money so difficult. We were trying to purchase GAP insurance on a vehicle for my kid and were told they had a $20 service fee to process a debit card because I didn't have an account (she does) or a nine-day hold if I gave them a check. I think I'll stay with my much more friendly credit unions.

I went in to deposit money into my account for my automatic payment of car insurance that would be pulled in a few days on Friday. I explained to them I was catching up and would need to pay my car loan( close to 2 weeks late on Monday .) and the money I just deposited would be going to my car insurance not the loan.
The attendant never informed me of their policy that restricts your debit card to making any payments while you are in default of your car loan. This impacted my car insurance being declined even though I had enough in my account that I deposited Friday.
I have to now find new insurance and have acquired fees because the attendant didnt not know how to inform me of how holds would be put on my card. Iam only two weeks late on my car payment and to have my debit card unable to use because of that should be communicated to clients especially when they explain how they are trying to fix their finances.
No advisement on policy or information on how programs can help.
I will be going to another branch with more experienced bankers who can ASSIT customers.

Takes 3 months to get your money back for a dispute. Wells Fargo gave me my money back same day everytime. Nusenda is the worst bank. You cant even deposit a check without it being held for 3 days for inspection. The branches just have a bunch of inexperienced bankers. New teller everytime i go in. I'm not trying to share my banking info with someone new everyweek.
