Making sure customers are satisfied are a priority here! Thanks! Alfredo did an excellent job to handle my needs. Great way to welcome a new customer. I was in a rush and he did everything in his power to make sure I was out in a timely manner. His attention to detail is amazing! I had walked up to the teller who had no one at her window and was talking with I believe the manager and Alfredo had to let them know to please help me. He even did things in the back ground to help them make it go by fast for me! If it wasn't for him I probably would have walked out! I am only giving a 4 because I do wish this location had a drive thru for convenience and also the fact the two ladies had me wait no a big deal but to me it wasn't busy and I think anytime you see a customer waiting regardless of what you are you doing they should be your first priority or put your sign up your closed if you are busy. I pay attention to stuff like that.

But I gave them a second chance went to a different location and bam Same day got my car loan. I have sons one born 2001 the other 2003 and both of them got accounts there and also got loans there and a car loan from there. They been nothing but helpful since Alisa Villegas has been nothing but amazing and honest since day one! I always recommend people to go there. Been good to me I’m good bout sharing good experiences with good customer service and or products !
