  And unfortunately, the fraud has continued. Every department sends you to another one, and at this time, PNC legally owes over $1000 to my CC. I am sure this will get a response to send me to Twitter or Facebook, they do not help, and are confused when I reach out to them. PNC is months behind on this payment, have received all requested documents from me (and more), yet still are attempting to do illegal actions. Very sad, it is so little money to PNC, yet they are still trying to illegally keep money from a fraudulent charge.

  I have highly trusted PNC for a long time, and have all of my accounts with them. Recently, a blatant fraudulent charge on my account is not being assisted with, and it is causing me stress, not sure if I can trust my accounts in PNC any longer. I am waiting to see if they correct this action, and I will change my review if it is corrected. Right now what has happened is completely unacceptable, and even some of their workers had previously reassured me that this would not happen! I would hold off starting accounts with them for the time being.

  This location used to be ran so professionally, since the new building very unorganized. I'm always waiting a long time for very little inquiries. I will not go to this location again if I don't have to. They make me want to close all my accounts

  They disguise their security as tellers but they don't do anything besides line duty PNC is garbage closing my account now

  Recently have a problem with an online merchant. They were attentive and assist me to resolve my small problem that I could not do on my own. I feel like I have very good support from them when a transaction with a merchant did not go as planned. Pleased with this bank customer service.
