- MKMichael KareFeb 25, 20265.0Great unless you need to call them directly. I thought I left something there. It took me 4 transfers and 15 minutes just to find out. Because you cannot call the bank directly. Honestly, 5 stars for the people at the branch but ZERO for the people that manage Nusenda as a whole. Absolutely illogical management. Probably management by excel file. Hey, let’s let a call center handle everything but still have like 15 people at the bank. Probably why they pay very little interest.

- AGA GFeb 2, 20261.05$ just to keep your account open. Wells Fargo doesn't charge no maintenance fees for owning a membership. Website is horrible always down. Cards are cheap the numbers rub off within a month. Can't deposit a check without waiting 5 days for your money to be avaliable the list goes on.
