  Ok this location in general is great and basically all the workers are great they all exceed expectations and really go the extra mile EXCEPT for 1, I think his name is Andy, An arrogant, ignorant, Lying, old white bald guy. Man is this guy disrespectful, I went to deposit my check and was met with possibly the worst interaction with another human being I've ever had, not only did he lie to me about made up policies that totally contradict every interaction with every worker thats I've worked with at this and other branches. He insisted that he needed to see my pay stub in order to deposit my check and when questioned why I suddenly have to show him and only him my pay stub he got an additude, when I said ok so what if I didnt have the pay stub he said he was unable to "verify the check" this was a first as he already had my driver's license and the check and could clearly see the names match on both, furthermore I cash the same check every. Single. Week. For a couple years now, I even usually go to the front desk to have the worker deposit my check because the atm doesnt like to read the checks I get, the workers know me, I know he knows me because hes helped me before and I also had a bad experience to the point where another worker had to step in and take over, at which point I was finally professionally helped. I think this is the first review I've ever written about some one but believe me it was justified. Even if I did further escalate the situation out of frustration the way he handled it was not how it should have been handled, again with the situation being deescaleted by another worker after she clearly witnessed him continuing to agitate me. Its been a couple days since the incident and im still disappointed by the lack of training and professionalism in this individual I cant even tell neusenda to do better bc their great its this one person giving them a bad image. Again all the other workers are great and will help you professionally and swiftly, their truly great

  This credit union is trash, ,, this is closer to my house so I tried going here to do my transactions,, And every single time they make mistakes,, I put a deposit for another person and 3 different occasions the idiot teller gives me a different persons information,, ,, which if I would have told the person I put money into her account every month,, would definitely want to take you all to court and sue,,,,Another time I took money to deposit for my daughter and the teller put it someone else’s account,, I asked for a manager and she was so inexperienced and was rude and being so disrespectful she told me I couldn’t be depositing anyway and that I couldn’t get a receipt. Another time I deposited money in my daughters account,,, the idiot teller places the deposit and my daughter calls me and says how in the world did I withdraw $200.00 dollars I said no I just deposited to your account,, ,, so I come to find out the idiot teller left my daughters profile open and gave took money out of my daughters account and gave it to a different customer,,, These tellers and management here at this Ladera branch location need a lot of training and a lot of help,,, this place is trash and I am tired of there costly and horrible customer service and mistakes,,, Why isn’t anyone looking into this…

  The machines are broken every time I come here. I wish they would replace the branch manager with someone who could actually run a branch.

  I’ve been with this credit union since I was 16 and the service here is easily the worst in the state! Employees should feel ashamed of themselves
