- STSean TurnerMar 24, 20261.0Juan was nice enough to try to help me refinance an auto loan, but he seemed like he had absolutely no idea how any of it worked. I walked in and got an unsecured personal loan 2 weeks ago at a different branch and it took all of a half hour. Today, Juan the Inept, spent more than an hour switching between frantically typing and leaving the office, presumably to get help, before he even submitted the refi to underwriting, which after a total of 2 hours was denied. Don’t choose Nusenda. Go somewhere else.

They ruined my whole home buying experience because they were so incompetent. If you plan on buying a house, stay FAR away from Nusenda!!

My wife and I both have good credit and good income, not only did they not a approve us, they called me risky. Been banking with Nusenda for years and they treated me pretty bad. I withdrew all my money and closed my accounts. Why deposit my money with a bank that doesn't help back.
