  Ive been with nusenda for over 15 years they are the worst credit union in every possible way. Just about everything you need from a bank or credit union they are the worst in. I have a long list of accidental credit card closures on their behalf to getting charged fees for simple requests that no other credit union has. All the simple loans i try for they have the most ridiculous excuses. I am aware that credit scores and debt to income ratios affect this which i would understand if mine were an issue. I have had no issues getting the same loans and terms i requested from literally any other credit union. I would steer clear from nusenda if possible.

  Applied for car loan at this location. I feel the representative was inexperience with no knowledge on his duties says one thing and does another at the end calling for denial. After other loans they have been paid on time and paid off with this bank I'm done with them.
