- RAReaper22 ActualMar 1, 20261.0Approximately 1 to 2 weeks ago, I contacted Nusenda's customer support line to request my account number for online access. Despite providing my name, social security number, previous address, original loan amount, vehicle make and model, VIN, certificate of title number, year financed, email, and date of birth, my request was denied because one of my addresses was deemed "partially incorrect" due to my frequent relocations while serving in the Air Force. In addition, I requested my payoff amount as I am ready to settle my loan, but access to my remaining balance was also denied. After expressing my frustration and waiting on hold for an extended period while the attendant consulted her supervisor, I was finally provided with the payoff amount and allowed to process my payment. To access my account number for online log-in, I was told I need to submit a notarized letter verifying my current address. This requirement is not only unnecessary but incredibly frustrating, especially after I have already provided extensive information and considering there are more efficient and modern methods to verify my identity without causing me further inconvenience.
