- AKAnirak KDec 9, 20251.0Yesterday, December 8th, I went to pick up some documents. The person who was helping me seemed to be new and called the manager for assistance. The manager behaved very rudely and with a very bad attitude. She told me that she couldn’t help me because there were many people waiting (just like I had waited), and she basically made it clear that she didn’t have time to assist me. I left thinking that maybe the process really did take a long time, but I also wondered: if there were other people in line whose paperwork might take longer, were they going to be treated the same way and told to leave like I was? I then went to the Rio Bravo location, and to my surprise, they were able to print my documents in less than five minutes. I definitely won’t be going back to this location .
