    What a horrible experience. From the moment you walk in unfriendly , unprofessional. Working in a face to face environment and you have even your assistant branch Manager treats you awful just because you question about your account . I think it is time to take my business somewhere else . . I will never visit the doors branch office again .

    My debit card isn't working after some girl issued me a new one, and the tellers don't know anything and keeps saying it will work at 4:30. After they are closed. So i will be in tomorrow again for the 3rd time. just for a debit card. Horrible experience with the bank lately. {4th visit Finally got it working thank you Rio Grande Credit Union. }
