  Absolutely terrible customer service after many years of being a customer there service they gave me has caused me to close the account and switch banks stay far away.

  Very upset that this bank called me so many times and wasted my time. They called to offer me an opportunity to open a new account with high interest. I finally went in and opened it. They told me it was 3%APY but apparently they misspoke and it was 0.3%apy. This was a complete waste of my time and theirs to have me go into the bank for over an hour to open a stupid account with 0.3% don’t ever call me again. Needless to say, I will close this account.

  I am so happy with my new bank. I needed help with setting up my app. The young lady who sets up accounts (I am bad with names) helped me. From beginning to end. Her response made me so happy. She said 'it what were here for". I could not be happier with choosing them. Who wants an AI vitural assistant, when PNC has the good old customer service values!!! They live by their slogan. Every experience I had with their location has been delightful. Big props on their customer service and loyalty to their customer!!! Now that's why I am a customer!😊

  Very upsetting I was told to go to this bank by its neighboring bank. I get there and presented a check that was a PNC Bank check. They said they can cash it if I had two forms of ID which I did. They then stated they needed to call the business that produced the check, 5 minutes later they stated they had to collect 2%, which I agreed to. The check was verified through the first bank I went to, and then verified a second time with this bank, and because the company didn’t answer them they said they couldn’t cash the check, they then said I had to open an account and deposit it and wait for funds to hit my account. I was told by the initial bank that the check is cashable, but they just didn’t have the funds. I then called the bank on Marquette they said the same thing, that they would cash the check but they just don’t have the funds and to contact other banks in Albuquerque which I did. And they amazing people on the Academy branch easily cashed the check for me, and went above and beyond their job duty to help me get this check cashed. In which I will be giving that branch a 5 star rating and will be opening an account with them and hopefully doing a lot of business with them in the future.
