I did change the number of stars... ORIGINAL POST: Oh my goodness! I am sooooo glad this is NOT my bank. Had to help my dad a few times, and I have never seen such horrible service. Either they need a second branch nearby, so they are not so stressed with the insane amount if customers or they need more people to work. It would probably help everyone's attitudes and wait times.
