- MPMo Pit2 days ago1.0Never had any problems depositing before now it every other time i have an issue. Watch out when cashing checks. They will approve the money before verifying any information. Seems like you should make sure the check is good or they have enough money before you give people the money from the check? lol We have to check for you? Before giving a check?
- AMAlysse MurawskiFeb 14, 20261.0The bank itself isn’t great. You can’t transfer money to another account in a timely manner, especially if its at another bank. You can’t pay your bills before 8AM even if the money is in your account because the bank hasn’t opened to register the money you put in your account. Even if your account shows the money in there. Been at the bank 4 years and its nothing but a hassle, and they don’t help you with loan services any more than a WF would. I only got the account for loan services because the rates are supposed to be better at a credit union, they weren’t at this one. I will likley be closing this account, when I can’t pay rent with my Nusenda card the rental company charges insane late fees, all caused by nusenda.

- DBDavid BibeauDec 19, 20255.0While the bigger financial institutions never see past your dollar amount, NUSENDA staff are uncommonly helpful and sincerely polite in every situation, regardless of how close to the bottom your account gets. All of the tellers, clerks, and staff are there to help resolve any issues that arise in money matters. Two individuals that have seen me thru troubling financial concerns are Richard and Logan. Thank You both along with everyone there that makes me feel that my money is safe and I am a valued Credit Union member.
