- JMJon MorrowOct 11, 20255.0Not sure why all the bad reviews. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciate the armed security guard for safety. Did not have to wait in line and there was plenty of parking. I went in for cash, and I got cash, perfect!

I was told I would be called and could not have a phone number to the investment department. I was told that the call center made the appointment in error. Several phone calls later, I still had no contact number or appointment. I have been a member since 1971 and am highly disappointed in this poor service
