This time they act like its not something they do and they had me wait over 15 minutes. For a Credit Union that prides itself on customer service they seemed very unfamiliar with there procedures.

I guess they’ll just let anybody be bank tellers went in to cash a paycheck and received “600”dollars more than what the check was made out to be so they said, then it turned into “300” dollars more. I was called back maybe 2 hours after I left and talked to a rude man supposedly the branch manager this man indicated that I’m a thief! I am no thief. He spoke poorly to me which was not okay he then proceeded to raise his voice and argue with me so my defense went up quickly as well. I’ve never experienced such poor attitude I took my business elsewhere and you should to, my advice to this branch TRAIN YOUR BANK TELLERS BETTER. AND GET RID OF THAT RUDE so called “bank Manager”. They preach we “value” our customers and that doesn’t seem to be true. I’m so upset this is not the first time I’ve dealt with an incident with this specific branch. DO BETTER
